Your booking is confirmed only once payment is received.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
All bookings are non-refundable.
In the event of a cancellation, the payment will not be refunded but can be applied to a future booking within 30 days, subject to availability.
4. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 times at no additional cost.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 4 hours before your original appointment time.

5. Late Arrivals
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delays for other guests.
6. No-Shows
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited, and no rescheduling or credit will be offered.
7. Special Requests
For special requests (e.g., specific therapist, or additional services), please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
