Platform Code of Conduct for Kamaniya Wellness

1. Professional Respect

  • Kamaniya Wellness is a professional platform connecting clients with licensed massage therapists.
  • Zero Tolerance for Misconduct: Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or requests for non-therapeutic services will result in immediate session termination, platform ban, and legal action.

2. Platform Use

  • Legitimate Bookings Only: Fraudulent, spam, or fake bookings are prohibited.
  • Accurate Information: Provide truthful health and contact details to ensure safe service.

3. Therapist Boundaries

  • Therapists reserve the right to refuse service if a client violates safety, hygiene, or professional standards.
  • Clients must adhere to therapist guidelines (e.g., draping protocols, no photography/video).

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Follow our Booking Policy for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.

5. Age Requirement
Users must be 18+ to book services.

6. Consequences for Violations
Violations of this code may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination.
  • Legal reporting for criminal behavior (e.g., harassment, assault).

Booking Policy

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following policies when booking your appointment:

1. Advance Booking Requirement

  • All appointments must be booked at least 1 hour in advance.
  • Walk-ins are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

2. Payment and Confirmation

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • Your booking is confirmed only once payment is received.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All bookings are non-refundable.
  • In the event of a cancellation, the payment will not be refunded but can be applied to a future booking within 30 days, subject to availability.

4. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 times at no additional cost.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 4 hours before your original appointment time.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delays for other guests.

6. No-Shows

  • If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited, and no rescheduling or credit will be offered.

7. Special Requests

  • For special requests (e.g., specific therapist, room setup, or additional services), please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
